Juventus leaders host
12th place Bologna at Allianz Stadium on giornata 36 Serie A 2017/18, Sunday
(06/5). Juventus won 3-1 despite conceding first in the first round. Juventus
also lived a step toward the championship ladder.
Juventus was left
behind by a Simone Verdi penalty in the 30th minute. But Juventus turned
winning through Sebastien De Maio's 51st minute suicide and Sami Khedira's
63rd-minute goals and Paulo Dybala's 69th minute. Douglas Costa got off the
bench early in the second half and contributed two assists.
Bologna's victory
over Juventus to lock the Scudetto this week. That scenario could happen if
Napoli lose against Torino at San Paolo at 8pm tonight.
What is clear,
Juventus can now focus on the next important game - the Coppa Italia final
against AC Milan.

Allegri made three changes to the team that won 3-2 at Inter Milan. Kwadwo
Asamoah, Paulo Dybala and Claudio Marchisio were installed as starters. Douglas
Costa sits on the bench, while Mario Mandzukic is not in the squad, and Miralem
Pjanic has to undergo a suspension.
Meanwhile, in the stronghold of Bologna, coach
Roberto Donadoni made five changes to the team defeated Milan 1-2. Krafth,
Romagnoli, Crisetig, Avenatti and Keita were played from the early minutes,
while Orsolini, Palacio and Masina were reserved.
Juventus desperately
need a win, but Bologna will not budge. Juventus had enough chances, but they
could not score the opening goal. Juventus frustrated made it. It causes them
off guard.
On one occasion, Bologna was awarded a penalty
following Daniele Rugani's offense against Lorenzo Crisetig. It took about five
minutes for the referee to confirm the penalty with VAR. But that did not
prevent Verdi from completing his duties as an executioner. Cold, Verdi kicked
the ball into the middle. Gianluigi Buffon was dead step. Bologna led 1-0 in
Turin, and it lasted until the break.
Juventus need a goal
in the second half. Allegri also drew Blaise Matuidi and included Douglas
Costa. Just six minutes after the break, Juventus got the result when crossing
Juan Cuadrado deflected De Maio into his own net.
Costa has carved out 12 assists in Serie A this season. Of the 12 assists,
seven of them he created as a substitute.
Allegri'sdecision to put Costa at the start of the second half was not at all wrong.
Thanks to his contribution, Juventus are now on the verge of champion
